Terms and Conditions of hire - please read.

A non refundable booking fee of £75.00 is required to secure your booking. The limo is not booked until this is paid.
The price quoted is for one pick up and one drop off. Please advise if you need extra, as charges may apply.
Remaining balances must be paid in full in cash at the start of the hire.
Once the agreed hire time has lapsed, there will be additional charges of £30.00 per half hour thereafter.
Limousines of Cheshire cannot be held responsible for any delays due to traffic, or acts of God, ie. snow, wind, floods etc.
Limousines of Cheshire will not be held responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle during or after the hire period.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only acceptable in writing. If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the hire date, the remaining balance will be payable in full.
If the contract is cancelled by Limousines of Cheshire, all payments will be refunded to you.

Damage

The person who books the vehicle will be held responsible for any damage caused to the limo by the passengers during the hire.
The person who books the vehicle is responsible for themselves and their party's actions.
If any passenger is found to have vomited inside the vehicle, there will be a £100.00 valeting charge.
No food, other than the sweets provided, is to be consumed in the vehicle unless by prior arrangement.
A refundable security deposit may be requested to cover any damage to the vehicle or breakages of any kind - £200. Payable with the final balance.
